Mor Deree                                                          CEO 

Born and raised in Beer-Sheva.
Have a Masters in the program for Policy and Theory of Art and Culture, with Bezalel Academy.
Lecturer at the Culture, Creation and Production department at Sapir Academic College. Highly experienced with Production of cultural events, with an emphasis on communities, marginal populations, and periphery. Highly experienced in writing, editing and producing culture-related content. A huge believer in the power of cultural creation to have true social impact and change.

Neta Weiner
Artistic Director 
Born in Kibbutz Givat Haim. Musician,
actorand poet. A graduate of Muzik, the School for Music Creation and Production in Tel Aviv. He is a co-creator and co-producer of theater and spoken word performances, performed in a variety of festivals in Israel and abroad. In the past ten years, he has been working as a youth counselor, teacher and group facilitator in various institutions such as Sadaka-Reut organization, the Tel Aviv-JaffaYouth Advancement Network, the Makor Association for the Advancement of Music in the Community, and others. His debut album, "In The Right of Return" came out in February 2016.

Muhammad Mugrabi

Born in Jaffa.

Facilitator, Poet, and rapper. He has a rich background and experience in training - from the Scout movement and Judo training, to the workshops in the framework of the "Beit System Ali". A creative actor and dancer, he participated, among other things, in "Silence" a work that won acclaim and international recognition.

Muhammad Aguani

Born in Jaffa.

Poet and rapper. 
He facilitates creative writing workshops in various frameworks: "Beit System Ali", the Helicon Library Network and schools in Jaffa and Lod. The Poetry Book "Pre-conditions", which he wrote in collaboration with Yonatan Kunda, was published in 2012

Luna Abu Nassar

Born in Nazareth.

Facilitator, Singer, guitarist, writer and composer.A graduate of "Muzik" - Music Creation and Production school in Tel Aviv. She facilitates creative writing and composition workshops in Arabic, English and Hebrew and other musical education frameworks. She works on social projects at the Arab-Jewish Community Center in Jaffa. Her debut album "I'll Tell You" was published in 2013.

Enver Seitibragimov

Born in Uzbekistan.

Rapper and percussionist. 

He immigrated to Israel in 1999 and currently lives in Jaffa. Facilitator of sessions, and teacher of Darbuka within "Beit System Ali". Dancer and choreographer in various groups and performances, including "Mysterious Theater" and "Street Children"  group at the Tel Aviv Central Bus Station.

Hagar Arluk

Born and raised in Ramat Ha Sharon. 
Graduate from the Department of Community Social Work at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
Highly experienced in working with adolescents, specializing in "street work" as a volunteer with ELEM organization. In recent years, worked in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv with the “asylum seekers” population (from childcare to parental guidance). Strongly believes in the power of the group to bring change to its own reality and in the ability of art to be a healer as well. Since 2011, has been performing as a stand-up comedian in various stages across the country

Iftach Hivner
Resource Development

Born in Ashkelon, grew up in Qiryat Bialik since he was 3. Holds a B.A. degree from the University of Haifa in Honors Program and Comparative Literature. Holds M.A. degree from Haifa University in Sociology and MBA from Tel Aviv University. Has extensive experience in resource development, working with donors and team members. He has also experienced online advertising through Google and Facebook platforms. Some of the NGOs he worked with include: Israel AIDS Task Force, Forum for Immigrant Families, The Committee for Educational Guidance for Arab Students.
